Noviqon Solutions provides digital solutions including but not limited to AI automation, software development, design, and consulting services. Specific project scope, deliverables, and timelines are defined in individual service agreements or proposals signed with clients.

3. Payment Terms

Project deposits, milestone payments, and retainer fees are outlined in individual client agreements. Late payments may result in paused work until outstanding balances are settled.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership rights to custom deliverables as specified in their service agreement. Noviqon Solutions retains rights to any pre-existing tools, frameworks, or proprietary methods used in delivery.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information shared during an engagement private, and not disclose it to third parties without written consent, except as required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

Noviqon Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement per the terms specified in the relevant service agreement, typically with written notice.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable local laws in the jurisdiction where Noviqon Solutions operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
