We designed and deployed Team PMS, a full-featured team collaboration platform built with PHP 8.3, MySQL, and plain MVC (no Node or Docker runtime required). It includes a WordPress-style automated installer wizard, granular route & object-level RBAC (Admin, Manager, Employee), task timelines, checklists, recurring tasks, and @mentions. The system also features a real-time AJAX project and 1:1 chat module with typing indicators and read receipts, a role-checked file manager storing uploads outside the webroot, automated database SQL dumps, and full activity audit logging.
